We prefer to think of it as transformation, which leads to healing old thought/belief patterns showing up as dis-ease or dis-harmony in the body. Thoughts are powerful. If we are what we think then is it healthy to think you’re sick or broken? When you've been to several health care providers who've reinforced the idea that you have an ailment, it continues to strengthen the belief pattern in the body to fortify the condition. Have you ever caught yourself wishing for a diagnosis so you’ll have a reason finally, for how you feel? It is said that what you think about you attract.
How do we get off of this merry-go-round? Compound this with the idea that we've come to a time where people can surf the Internet and self-diagnose. This can be harmful for many reasons. The human body is known for accommodating the powerful mind. If you think you have an ailment and even imagine that your symptoms fit what you read about, soon your body just might accommodate you by ensuring that you have ALL of the matching symptoms and in fact you can help manifest the disease or condition. If you wear a bracelet to support it, attend support groups...it states to the Universe that it must be true...and look at all the people who share in this support of dis-ease! Wouldn't it be more fun to put attention elsewhere and change the energy patterns you’ve collected to tumble the platform holding the framework of illness/injury? This is not to say that you shouldn't follow advice from your physician. Complimentary Alternative Methods of healing are just that. It is up to you to know when you must have intervention of a medical doctor. Is it wise to make them fully responsible for your wellness? Take initiative and learn complimentary methods as well.

While we do not know the degree of improvement you will experience, we know there will be improvement. For some it is quite dramatic and for others it is more subtle. Your body is perfect and came into this world with the knowledge to heal itself. Its lines of communication have been distorted and interrupted with excess "noise" and the energy of injuries and emotional damage lodged in your cells. In treating the body as a whole, noticing the mental, emotional, psychological, psychic and spiritual layers in addition to the physical layer, your body can be allowed to achieve balance and homeostasis down to the cellular level.
