Hi, I am Marleau Peterson and I have been using the therapy of touch on people since I was about 4 years old. I started with my family and friends then finally decided I would make this my career. I am a CMT with various modalities. My Clients say “ I am gentle but - effective.” That includes the deep tissue, "comfort with results."

Recently I completed the BTAA Bowenwork Course here in Chico and my clients are now enjoying the amazing benefits of Bowenwork. In addition I'm completing BodyTalk certification this year. What a year it has been!

Some of the massage modalities I offer are: Deep tissue, Swedish, Pre/Post Natal, Reflexology, Hot Stone, Shiatsu, Myofascial Release/unwind, Lymphatic, Soft Tissue, N.M.T.. I usually blend several of the modalities together to help my clients with the issues their body is having that day. Each massage is different and tailored to what is needed. Examples would be pain relief, relaxation, a specific problem area like neck and shoulders. The pre/post natal is one of my favorites, I have massaged clients to full term with and was able to assist in the labor room, cutting labor time down by a significantly using pressure points to relax mom and baby.
